Limits are per user and operation

The recorded API revision applies 60-second fixed windows: single-item prices allow 120 requests, batches 20, exports 2. Limits are shared by the user's clients and still apply during a subscription. Read the current declarations in GET /endpoints before choosing polling behavior.

When the limit is reached

A 429 rate_limited response provides Retry-After, RateLimit-Limit, RateLimit-Remaining and RateLimit-Reset. Reset and retry values are seconds to wait, not Unix timestamps. Slow down all workers using that account; retrying immediately consumes more request attempts.

Batch size affects credits independently of request count. A subscription removes applicable credit charges, not throttling. See request costs and polling.
