API

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on authenticated requests.

Bearer API key

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on authenticated requests. Obtain your key in Settings after verifying a real email. A website session cookie is not a substitute for the API key.

Keep credentials in server-side configuration. Do not put keys in URLs, screenshots, shared examples or public browser bundles. Catalogue routes marked public do not require a key.

Key changes

Regeneration replaces the existing active key and has a five-minute cooldown. Update clients after regeneration. Account and key changes propagate to the API asynchronously; a newly created key may not work immediately.

Missing or invalid credentials produce 401; valid credentials with insufficient permissions produce 403. A credit shortage is 402, a different problem. See authentication troubleshooting.
