Batch length includes duplicate and unknown names. A successful empty result is still a successful request. Failed requests do not charge credits. Conditional export 304 responses are unbilled, but count toward rate limiting.

These values describe the recorded API revision. GET /endpoints exposes credit_cost, premium, unit_pricing and rate_limit for the running service. Active subscriptions waive non-premium credit charges; current price operations are non-premium.
meta.credit.remaining is a hint under concurrent use, not a transaction ledger. Limit client concurrency if you need tighter local spending control.
