Check the quote
Inspect fresh_at, delisted_at, quantity and currency together. An unchanged amount can still be recently confirmed. A retained delisted price is not an available offer. null quantity is unknown, not proof of no stock.
Marketplace coverage, upstream failures and name classification can all affect availability. Not every item has a CSCP valuation; side=mid can therefore be empty. Exports can lag direct queries because they are snapshots.
Check service status. To report a discrepancy, include the app, canonical name, market, side, timestamps and a redacted response. A market catalogue entry alone is not evidence that every item must have a price.
