Choose filters

Call GET /prices with market_hash_name. Set app_id when querying a game other than the default 730. Optional markets is a comma-separated list of uppercase codes such as BUFF,UUYP. Optional side is ask, bid, mid or all; the default is all.

Use URL encoding for the item name. Authenticate with your API key in the Authorization header. See the first request for a runnable example and the reference for all constraints.

Interpret empty results

404 means the item has no price rows for the requested app. If the item exists but your filters exclude all its rows, the result is 200 with an empty markets list. That successful filtered request follows the normal billing rule. Remove filters to distinguish the two cases.
