The daily estimate combines marketplace evidence from the preceding seven days' daily closing quotes. Ask consensus uses cash purchase costs including fees; bid consensus uses cash proceeds after fees and excludes crossed buy orders. With both sides, the value is their geometric midpoint. With only asks, a typical half-spread of comparable items adjusts the sell-side consensus.
