Use get fees for a marketplace's published fee schedule. Deposit, sale and withdrawal slots describe different steps in the money flow. A slot bound to chain 0 explicitly means no fee; a null slot means unspecified or unsupported, not zero cost.
A calculation chain can contain proportional fees, fixed additions or deductions and currency conversion. The order and currency of the steps matter: adding percentages is not a general substitute for applying the chain.
