Call GET /me using your active key. data.credit.total is granted credits, used is consumed credits and remaining is max(0, total - used). data.subscription describes the currently active period, or null when none is active.
This is the API's current account snapshot. Newly purchased credits, key changes and profile changes propagate asynchronously. Dashboard wallet balance, credit grants and API usage represent different records and need not update at exactly the same moment.
Diagnose a discrepancy
Compare the same account, check order fulfillment and active dates, then refresh after synchronization. Do not add wallet dollars to credit counts. Concurrent requests can make individual response hints differ from a later account read.
Request-by-request historical API access logs are not currently provided. For a persistent issue, keep the request ID, UTC time and order reference; see billing support.
