行为
返回公开状态页上展示的服务健康状况和数据采集活动：最近 24 个完整小时的每小时健康评分、各组件可用性、价格采集数量，以及采集网络的地理分布。
- 与
GET /health不同，它读取的是已记录的监控数据；这是历史视图，而不是对各项依赖的实时探测。 - 时间戳均为 UTC。没有数据的组件或时间桶为空或缺失，而不是零。
503表示无法读取监控数据；不会返回部分结果。
